Gore DC - Time Tracker

A year ago we engaged Andrew McClure of Bluff IT to build a complex web based electronic time sheeting system dubbed “Time Tracker”. Andrew worked with us closely to determine our requirements, and using open source technologies has come up with a powerful and unique solution that ticked all the boxes and more.

The system is now live and working successfully across our whole organisation (approx. 150 employees) enabling staff to log their own time against time codes specific to their individual workflow, as well as capturing any plant and vehicle usage information at the same time. One of the challenges we had was that the program needed to be very user friendly as many of our staff do not use computers as part of their job. Andrew came up with a clean and easy to understand user interface that our staff have happily embraced, but is still able to capture all the complex time data that we are required to collect and report on.

The customer service of Bluff IT is superb, no matter how big or small the issue was the response was always prompt and the solutions forthcoming. Bluff IT was definitely the right partner for this undertaking and I would recommend them and the Time Tracker application to anyone without reservation.
